Smokers not welcome on health science degrees

It is a scientific fact that smoking is the number one cause of preventable disease worldwide

Allowing smokers to study health science degrees (e.g nursing, medicine) is counterproductive. Since these type of degrees aim to produce future graduate leaders, capable of promoting healthy lifestyles, the government should prevent smokers from being allowed to study health science degrees.

It is proposed that smokers should not be allowed to pursue health science degrees until they have quit for at least two years
