Shop turns to Facebook to hunt wine thief - OK or not?

An Auckland supermarket has published camera footage on Facebook of a person apparently stealing wine worth $250, in an attempt to catch the thief.

Is this reasonable? Is it Ok to publish videos of people who have not been arrested and found guilty?
