Dignity & Respect
Enid is in your care, she is a 79 year old lady who suffered a stroke 5 weeks previously. Since the stroke she has shown signs of being depressed and her husband James tells you she seems unwilling to ‘help herself’.
Enid's husband is understandably anxious at the change in his wife and their lifestyle, but is adamant that he wants to be the major care provider. However, you notice he is becoming very short tempered with her and quite aggressive in his mannerism. You witness James push her down onto a chair. Enid does not say anything but you observe she is hurt and appears to be close to tears.
